At A Quiet Reset, each product is carefully quality-checked and packed before dispatch.

Retail Orders

Returns are not accepted for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Eligible cases will be reviewed and replacement support will be provided where applicable.

Bulk & Corporate Orders

Bulk and customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed. In the event of damage during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours with clear photographic evidence.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
