We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inventory limitations. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment and order acknowledgment.

3. Bulk & Customized Orders

Bulk, corporate, or customized orders are confirmed upon mutual agreement. Once confirmed, such orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Pricing & Errors

All prices are listed in INR. In the event of pricing, typographical, or technical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders prior to dispatch.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, journal frameworks, product concepts, branding elements, text, graphics, and images on this website are the intellectual property of A Quiet Reset. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, copying, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, governmental restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, A Quiet Reset shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
